Case Study – West Mercia Housing Association

West Mercia Housing Association was in excess of a half million pound contract where replacement windows and doors were installed into residential properties throughout the Birmingham and Worcester area. This project ranged from three storey blocks to bungalows, even a full street too single properties in remote locations. The product ranged from white casement windows to woodgrain tilt and turn and included shiplap, facias and soffits. This project has been completed under budget and on time with KPI scores of over 90%.
